Agnes Water – Winter
The last stop for rolling waves on the Queensland Coast. This beautiful coastal town stole our hearts and I can’t wait to head back for more warm-winter adventures.
There are two primary surfing spots at Agnes Water. The first is the break coming into the main beach off the headland. We had 1-2ft runners most of the week on the low tide. I’ve also heard that it turns into a monster on a cyclone swell.
The other spot is a beach down the road. This spot is a mission to get to as it entales a long walk to the point. I didn’t get to shoot this spot as no one was out and Ella had her fill at main beach that morning. It is remote and looks to be incredible when it works.
