Sea Chapel Surf Photography Lennow Head

Lennox Head, NSW

Nestled in between Byron Bay and Ballina is the pearl of the Northern Rivers, Lennox Head.

A genuine contender for best suburb to live in Australia, Lennox Head offers 2 primary surf options. The point, or main beach. Both have their pros and cons.

Photographing The Point:

This spot is a lot of fun in the mornings. Make your way down from one of the car parks and find yourself on the rocks. You have limited angles to choose from BUT you get a lot of scenery and hight angles to work with to make it interesting.

Photographing Main Beach:

I haven’t shot a lot on the Main Beach. But when I have, it works like most open beaches. Depending on the time of year and time of morning, where the waves are consistantly breaking and the tide, you’ll more than like find yourself walking up and down the beach to find your spot.
