Sapphire Coast, NSW
We spent Christmas in Eden, the most southern town in NSW. It’s got a rich history and no waves. Yet, 15 mins and 30 mins north you have Pambula and Merimbula, which are ideal spots to catch some fun waves.
Merimbula is the standout. A brilliant long boarders wave protected from Southerly winds. On the other side, you can surf the river mouth when the winds come from the North. The town is a great surf / fishing village and was pumping through summer holidays.
Pambula is smaller, cuter and has the best pies ive ever eaten. The main beach has a open wave which Ella had some fun on. Beautiful waters and a stunning beach.

Agnes Water
The last stop for rolling waves on the Queensland Coast. This beautiful coastal town stole our hearts and I can’t wait to head back for more warm-winter adventures.
